Bald Eagles, Human Influence, Water Quality, & Ethics

What in the world do these all have in common? Well, let's think a minute…

Is it starting to make more sense? Throughout the Eagles to the Nest program, you have learned what it takes for Bald Eagles (or any wildlife) to survive in the wild. They need a healthy habitat including plenty of food, water, shelter, space, and arrangement. If any of these are taken away, the Bald Eagle will start reducing in numbers and may have to be put back on the Endangered Species list. Remember if a plant or animal goes extinct, they are gone for good. Learning more about the environment can help ensure the survival of the Bald Eagle and all other wildlife related through the web of life.

The biggest and most important part of protecting the environment is making the right decisions. What you do today will make a difference for tomorrow; What you do tomorrow will help ensure a healthy environment for the future. You have the keys to unlock all the doors for the Eagle to fly gallantly through.
