When and how to apply for the Life Sciences Scholarship and the Life Sciences Fellowship

Undergraduate phase:

The traditional time to apply to LAMP is in the spring semester of the freshman year, although some students apply at the beginning of the sophomore year. Contact LAMP for information about the application process.

Once students in the eligible majors have been admitted to LAMP, they may apply for the Life Sciences Scholarship. Students selected for the Life Sciences Scholarship will normally receive $6,000 per academic year ($3,000 per semester). Contact Prof. James Madison, director, Liberal Arts and Management Program (812-856-4966), or your science academic advisor for information on the application process.

Graduate phase:

Students will apply in the senior year for the Kelley MBA program. Applicants must fulfill all the requirements for MBA admission, although the two- to five-year work experience expectation will be waived for students chosen to receive the MBA Life Sciences Fellowship. Those selected will receive a full tuition-and-fees fellowship for the two years of the Kelley MBA program. Contact the Kelley School of Business MBA program admissions staff for more information on admission and applications procedures and requirements.
