Data Management Services provides services for the departmental and academic use of Oracle at IU. (Some services to IU campuses other than Bloomington carry limitations due to campus differences in infrastructure.)

Oracle for Instruction
IU faculty will find resources here for using Oracle in instruction, with or without a related web tier.

Oracle for Self-Learning
IU faculty, staff, and students can request individual accounts on the DMS Oracle Server for learning Oracle. Visit this site for information on services, requirements, and a request form.

Oracle Software/Licensing
As a result of the IU-Oracle License Agreement, Oracle Server can be licensed by IU departments at greatly reduced prices for departmental business use. Technical support for IU departments' DBAs will be provided by DMS. Departments will find information here on platforms, prices, and requirements.

Support Resources and Documentation
Find documentation on installing, configuring, and using Oracle products, including client installation instructions. Find information about the DMS Oracle Server and how to connect to it if you have an account. Find Oracle Newsgroups and Users Groups.
