The Oracle Database for Instruction (oed1)

Daily Maintenance:

The oed1 database is backed up daily to disk and tape. To accomplish the backup, the database is shutdown daily at 5am and will be available again no later than 6am.

Weekly Maintenance:

The oed1 database will occasionally be unavailable on Sundays between 5am and 7am due to machine maintenance.
