NCTA Enrichment Event
East Asian Studies Center Summer Workshop
Indiana University - Bloomington
July 11-13, 2005

Accommodations

During the two nights of the workshop, the East Asian Studies Center will pay for participants' housing in double occupancy rooms in the Indiana Memorial Union Building (hereafter IMU). Each room has two double beds and a full bath. Same-sex room assignments will be made at random, unless participants inform us otherwise. A few single rooms are available, but those who choose to have a single room will need to pay the amount beyond what it would cost to share a double. If you are interested in having a room to yourself, please indicate so on the Housing Form sent to all participants. Only a limited number of people will be able to have their own rooms, so the sooner you return the Housing Form, the greater the likelihood we will be able to accommodate your wishes. Please indicate your second choice should we not be able to place you in a single room.

All conference events will be held in the Oak Room on the first floor of the IMU, unless otherwise specified. All breakfasts will also be held in the IMU. Specific locations will be indicated on the conference schedule. Other dinners will be arranged at local restaurants. The expenses of all breakfasts and arranged lunches and dinners will be covered by the East Asian Studies Center. Participants are asked to cover lunch and dinner expenses on the days when these meals are not provided (see Bloomington Dining Guide).
