The Paekche Kingdom is well-known for its elegant and refined style, combining the artistic influence of Koguryo and the Southern Dynasties of China, especially the Liang (502-557). This painting is one of the few remaining exam-ples of Paekche painting but it eloquently depicts the refine-ment and grace of the period
