Instructors:

Dr. Luding Tong is an Associate Professor and Director of the Asian Studies Program at Marietta College. She holds a Ph.D. in Chinese and Comparative Literature from Washington University. Before joining Marietta College in 2000, she taught at both the University of Colorado and Michigan State University.

Dr. Matthew Young is Associate Professor of History and Director of the Honors Program at Marietta College. He holds a Ph.D. from Bowling Green State University with a specialization in Chinese history.
