Title: The Meaning of Competition: A Graphical Exposition

Abstract: Few concepts are more important to economics than competition. Students typically learn a great deal about static competition and very little about dynamic competition. The author seeks to redress this imbalance by presenting a graphical method for illustrating and contrasting both views of competition.
