ERA's Production access is granted through OneStart. Once logged in, select the tab "ERA Group Page". If not visible, select the tab "more..." and choose ERA Group page from the drop down list. Now select the link "Launch ERA Application". If you need help, send an email to ERA System Administrator, era_admin@indiana.edu.
	Regression is for module prerelease testing. Functionality mimics Production, but does not update other IU system. This area is used before moving development changes to production.

Procedures for requesting access to the ERA Group Page in OneStart

1. Send an e-mail to the ERA System Administrator, era_admin@indiana.edu. In the e-mail, enter "ERA Group Page Request" as the subject. In the e-mail body, include your full name, username, department name, campus, and contact number. You will be notified when your request has been processed.
   
   

2. Test your ERA logon prior to using the system for the first time. Contact the ERA System Administrator era_admin@indiana.edu for assistance if necessary.
   
   
3. Parties affiliated with IU, and needing access to IU services will need to have an IU sponsor complete the IU Account request form for an affiliate account. A sponsor is an IU employee. Access this online form at http://itaccounts.iu.edu.
