Hearing the opinions of other students helped me to gain a new perspective on the environment, trade, immigration and terrorism not only in the US, but globally.

·        Yes, I believe it has driven me to become much more informed in global and national issues.  It was very inspiring to see so many teens so highly educated on these matters, and I too would like to be able to take a more active view.

·        Yes, I learned that there are many different opinions out there and not just your close-knit community that make up the ideas for the entire world.

·        It definitely impacts my life as a voter and a citizen.  It helped me realize the consequences of listening to and watching the media alone without doing research on current world issues.
