Duane Rogers, originally from Denver, Colorado, graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2001 with a BS in Chemistry and a BS in Forensic Chemistry.  In June of 2001, he came to Indiana University where his current research interests focus on laser ablation sample introduction, plasma fundamentals, and time-of-flight mass spectrometry instrument development.  Duane has focused his recent efforts on the design, construction, and characterization of a novel dual-source TOFMS to facilitate rapid comprehensive elemental speciation analysis.
