The study of history offers tools for retrieving and interpreting the past—and, in the process, for better understanding the questions and challenges of our own time. The faculty and students of Indiana University's Department of History apply these tools to inquiries that range across geographic and disciplinary boundaries.

Roseman project explores anti-Nazi group
Professor Mark Roseman collected images of this "life-reform" and anti-Nazi group, the "League for Socialist Life", during his time as an Alexander von Humboldt Fellow in Germany Spring 2006.
