On behalf of the School of Health, Physical Education, and Recreation (HPER), I want to extend a sincere heartfelt thank you for your dedicated time and energy toward helping us recruit and retain graduate minority students to your Alma Mater! Your experiences, commitment and enthusiasm are exceptionally valuable to our efforts.

Below is an Alumni Referral Form which will give you the opportunity to refer a potential graduate student to HPER. Our goal is to turn to your "referral" into an "applicant." Then convert the "applicant" into an "admit". We hope "admits" become "matrics" followed by "graduates" and "alumni" just like you. This life cycle is important to the growth of our diversity initiatives within HPER and it certainly isn't possible without you.
