HPER Web Policy

Design

All pages that reside on, or are linked from, HPER’s Website must adhere to layout requirements and guidelines. These have been formulated to make the information viewable by as large an audience as possible, to make navigation clear to Web visitors, to provide contact information, and to regulate the use of the University and School’s logos, word marks, and trademarks.

The purpose of this guide is to provide to HPER units that have web pages for external audiences the necessary elements and standards for their web pages so that the pages will contribute to a coordinated identity for the HPER external website, while providing enough flexibility so that units can maintain their own identity.

Unit sites that must conform to Indiana University and HPER web page standards are:

• all divisional, school, and departmental unit home pages, if any external audience is reached
• all non-3rd-party pages that link from the external HPER home page (see list below)
