GLOBAL Speakers Service

Welcome to the Global Speakers Service (GSS)!

We endeavor to assist your exploration and presentation of world cultures.  GSS is administered through a number of offices at Indiana University in Bloomington and provides international and study-abroad students/scholars/faculty as speakers to regional organizations interested in learning more about international areas and issues.

GSS programs are structured to fit the needs of the requesting organization.  We provide services to educational organizations, nonprofit organizations, service groups, and youth organizations.

People holding hands around the world.

Interested in inviting a global speaker to your program or organization?

Each program is designed specifically for your group or organization.  Our speakers can be prepared to give lectures, interactive presentations, or work at a fair or booth.  Please allow a lead time of up to four weeks and extra time if you need multiple speakers. Global speakers volunteer their time and resources and are not able to travel outside of the immediate Bloomington area.
