For a time, New York Public Library input records into RLIN in Cyrillic. These records did not convert well into romanized form. The records have now migrated into the OCLC WorldCat database. See the example below:

The diacritics may be incorrect and the spelling may be corrupted. These problems may have prevented the records from correctly merging with existing OCLC records. Check carefully for duplicate records and report to OCLC. If you do use one of these records, be aware that they need extensive revision to use as copy.
