Seeds Available for Purchase at the Wylie House, 2008

[Updated March 5, 2008]

We are constantly working to improve and expand our Heirloom Gardens at the Wylie House. Beginning March 1, 2008, we are pleased to offer the following varieties of seed for sale to the public. New varieties are marked with an asterisk. All of our seeds are grown without the aid of chemical fertilizers or pesticides and all have been germination tested. The seeds are $1.50 per packet if bought at the museum, $2.00 if ordered through the mail. Checks should be made out to Indiana University/Wylie House Museum. We have a limited quantity of some seeds.

Thanks to all who supported the 2008 seed sale! The attendance was record breaking for this event. If you could not attend or the seeds you wanted were sold out, more of most varieties have been packaged and are now available for sale at the museum store during our regular business hours, or by mail order. Please check the updated list below to see what's currently available.

Some varieties listed below are linked to images of the plant with a brief description. An asterisk denotes a variety new to us this year.
