Awards

The NELC Department offers a number of awards to its students throughout the academic year. The following awards were given to outstanding NELC Undergraduate Students for the 2007 academic year:

  • Katherine Rada received the Bibiyah Istrabadi Memorial Award at the 2008 spring reception.
  • Sarah Almuhairi received the Fawzia Al-Hirmizi Award at the 2008 spring reception.
  • Brandon Alan Roberts received the M. Amin Zaki Memorial Award the 2008 spring reception.
  • David Huffman received the Haddawi Award the 2008 spring reception.
