Officer Responsibilities
President: Plans officer meetings, contacts Optometry Administration about meeting times and rooms, contacts any outside assistance wanted for meetings, and runs meetings.
Vice President: Fills in for the president when necessary including contacting outside sources about meetings.
Secretary: Takes minutes at all officer and club meetings, emails members meetings minutes.
Treasurer: Collects dues, buys refreshments using club money, contacts Student Activities Office about correct bookkeeping requirements.
Webmaster: Updates website at the beginning of each semester as well as after each meeting.
