Travel Information:

If you are traveling by air, you will arrive at the Indianapolis Airport (IND). Bloomington is located approximately 50 miles south of Indianapolis. In order to reach the Bloomington campus from the airport, there are several services available:

Bloomington Shuttle Service (1-800-589-6004) offers direct service to the IMU from Indianapolis nine times a day. Current Rates: $20.00 each way.

Classic Touch Limousine (1-800-319-0082) charges $45.00 one way, and $72.00 round trip (plus gratuity), to any Bloomington address. Rates decrease as more people share the ride.

Both services require reservations. Your connections will be waiting at the Ground Transportation Center at the Indianapolis Airport , across from the baggage claim area.

Parking Information:
If you choose to stay at the Indiana Memorial Union during the conference, you will enjoy complimentary parking in one of two IMU lots. One adjoins the building to the east and the second is immediately across the street.

If you are commuting to the conference, you may also park in the IMU lots. You should present your parking ticket at the front desk of the IMU and tell them that you are attending the Pragmatics and Language Learning Conference. They will validate your parking ticket which will entitle you to a discounted rate of $1.60/hour.
