REHEARSAL ROOM RESERVATION POLICY
The Departmental Room Reservation Notebook is on the reference shelf of the front desk in A300 of the Theatre and Drama Center . All reservations are for AD125, AD150, and AD240 are logged into this notebook. The room schedules for TH A200, the Acting Studio, and TH A207, the Directing Studio, are listed on the Bulletin Boards in the respective rooms. When you are reserving a room, please write your phone number (in pencil, please) next to your name in case another person needs to contact you concerning your reservation.
For all reservations, you must be sure that you are not in conflict with scheduled classes. These will be recorded in the room reservation book. Weekend reservations are made in the same book in the same manner. Rehearsals for departmental productions, special departmental projects, and required directing projects preempt all other reservations. If you have questions, please speak with the Production Manager, David Grindle. Email him at dgrindle@indiana.edu .
Rooms in the basement of the Theatre Annex are signed out on sheets posted on those doors each week.
Always leave the room neat and orderly. If you find the room in chaos, please restore it to an orderly condition when you leave and report the problem to the Production Manager. Do not remove furniture from the rooms for any reason.
