Naomi came to the Department of Theatre and Drama to assume the position of the Accounts Supervisor in October of 2007. She has been working at Indiana University since 1998 in a variety of places such as the Kelley School of Business, the Department of Physics, University Division and the Department of Political Science.

In October of 2001, she received a staff merit award from the Department of Physics for consultations including computer skills for preparing a federal proposal and several projects they were working on for the government and documents for departmental review. In June of 2006, she received the Dean of Faculties Award Bonus from University Division for recreating their Website, creation and distribution of 4 year sequence maps for the division and for the College, and introducing a new filing system for the division which enabled them to track their future ordering needs.

Some of Naomi’s duties as Accounts Supervisor will include processing financial information such as payroll, purchasing cards and payment/reimbursement requests as well as financial records for activities with the Brown County Playhouse.

Naomi holds a B.S. in Business Information Systems from Indiana Wesleyan University graduating Magna Cum Laude and an A.S. in Office Management from Ivy Tech State College. Although she is a native of Bloomington and graduated BHS North in 1997, she has lived in many places including Las Vegas where she was a food and beverage cashier for seven years. Naomi is thrilled to be working in Theatre and Drama and will gladly help you in any way that she can. Please stop by her office in AD 220 and say hello as her door is always open.
