Late Drop/Add deadlines:

  • First Eight Week Session Classes –Wednesday, February 6
  • Full Semester –Wednesday, March 5
  • Second Eight Week Session Classes – Tuesday, April 8

After a deadline, a student may withdraw from a course only by petitioning for permission from the dean. Approval is usually given only for urgent reasons related to extended illness or equivalent distress. Academic difficulty alone is NOT sufficient reason for withdrawal after these dates. Fee Refunds:

Full Semester classes:

  • 100% refund – Friday, January 11
  • 75% refund – Friday, January 18
  • 50% refund – Friday, January 26
  • 25% refund – Friday, February 1

First Eight Week Session classes:

  • 100% refund – Friday, January 11
  • 50% refund – Friday, January 18

Second Eight Week Session classes:

  • 100% refund – Friday, March 7
  • 50% refund – Friday, March 21

Pass/Fail Option

  • First Eight Week Session –Tuesday, January 22
  • Full Semester – Monday, February 4
  • Second Eight Week Session – Friday, March 21
