This Week on Afterglow

week on Afterglow we’ll feature the classic
1955 Frank Sinatra Capitol album In the Wee Small Hours
of the Morning, as well as Mosaic Records’ recent reissue
of trumpeter Jonah Jones’ At the Embers. Other artists
on the program include Cassandra Wilson, Chet Baker with
Art Pepper, Eliane Elias, Miles Davis, Dinah Washington,
and Ben Webster. “In the Wee Small Hours” airs
Friday, May 30 at 10:05 p.m. EST on WFIU.
Afterglow airs every Friday evening at 10:05 p.m.
