The AAAMC apologizes for the following errors in the hardcopy version of Liner Notes, no. 18, and thanks Ed Hines for bringing them to our attention:
 
On p. 21. Shelly Berger was born on Amboy Street in the Brownsville sectoin of Brooklyn, not Amber Street.
On p. 23. Former Motown President and Chief Executive Officer Jheryl Busby is misidentified as Berry Gordy.
On p. 26. Roy Rifkind was a card boy for opera singer James Melton, not Milton.

The AAAMC apologizes for the following errors in Liner Notes, no. 12:
 
On p. 4. Black Women and Music was announced as the second book in the AMGP series. It is actually the first book under the AMGP title from University of Illinois Press; an earlier publication had the same series editors but under a different press and series title.
On p. 5. Captions were switched for Leon Huff and Kenneth Gamble.
On p. 9. Paul Kane was accidentally identified as an undergraduate.  He actually holds an MFA in Painting from IU.
