Week 1: Do Spectrogram unit in Speech Prod./Perception CDrom. Learn how to start Dr. Speech, make a recording and spectrogram. Homework #1: Turn in a spectrogram of a sentence.

Week 2: Do Matlab tutorial on IU Stat/Math site skipping Matrix Functions. Download Matlab spectrogram files using our download instructions, including alligator.wav. Homework #2: Using Matlab in the STC clusters, make and print a spectrogram and waveform plot of alligator.wav.

Week 3. Do three sections in Speech Perception unit in Speech Prod./Perception CDrom, 'Identification Task', 'Identification Experiments', and 'Discrimination Experiments'. Lab #1 .
