COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to
Swahili class. This is a continuation of Swahili 101 and 102. It is the first
part of the Swahili intermediate course designed to reinforce further
communicative skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing. Cultures,
traditions and customs of Kiswahili speakers will also be integrated in the
course. The course is also designed to meet the 5Cs of the foreign language
learning standards i.e. communication, cultures, connections, comparisons, and
communities. I do expect that by the end of the course learners should be able
to reach intermediate low level of proficiency.

language in a variety of topics
