Conference Location The conference will be held at the Biddle Hotel and Conference Center on the Indiana University at Bloomington Campus. Hotel Accomodations Biddle Hotel and Conference Center We have reserved a number of rooms in the Biddle Hotel and Conference Center, located conveniently in the heart of the IUB campus. This will be the most convenient accommodations, as the conference will be located in this hotel. Room rates will range from $86 to $116 + tax, depending on the room type selected. You can make reservations at the Biddle Hotel in two ways: 1. You can call 1-800-209-8145 or 812-855-2536. You should then say you are with the Agency and Responsibility Conference to get access to reserving a room in our block. 2. You can also make reservations online at: www.imu.indiana.edu. To make reservations online you will need to use our Group Code, “AgencyIN”, to receive the conference rate. As these reservations will be released on August 12th, participants are strongly urged to make reservations before that time. A Summerhouse Inn Another option for accommodations is A Summerhouse Inn, located about five minutes east of campus. The conference room rates will be $109 per night + tax, with a required 2-night minimum (a third night is available for an additional $54 + tax). For reservations, call 1-800-371-0934 and mention that you are with the "Agency and Responsibility Conference at Indiana University." Room reservations at A Summerhouse Inn will be released on August 13th. Budget Option For budget-minded travelers, we have also reserved a number of rooms at The Country Hearth Inn. The conference rate for this location will be $39.95 per night + tax (with no minimum stay requirement). For reservations, call 812-339-1919 and again mention the "Agency and Responsibility Conference at Indiana University." Reservations at The Country Hearth Inn will be released on August 15th. If enough attendees stay at the off-campus options (A Summerhouse Inn or The Country Hearth Inn), free transportation will be made available from the hotels to the conference.
