Want to tell your AIS story?

If a member would like to submit “her AIS or simlar story” she may. There will be a strict limit of 300 words maximum (so choose your most important points carefully in what you send us).

You need to decide if you would like to use your first name or a pseudonym of your choosing... Please let us know. And all doctors and hospital names should be removed!

If desired, you may send a photo as well.  Please make it a “head shot” of just yourself, in color. A JPG format is preferred for low-res web site publishing.
