Here's some help trouble-shooting . . .
| If you have never been able to hear or see any audio or video files on any web site, you probably do not have the appropriate software loaded onto your machine. Try some of these sources for information about audio / video viewing on the web: |

| If outside links don't work: All off-site links use JavaScript to open a new browser window. If you have trouble opening off-site links, go to the browser PREFERENCES (Advanced Options) and set preferences to ENABLE JAVASCRIPT. |

To use the interactive conversion tools,
slide puzzles, smart puzzles, and matching games on this site, you need Netscape Navigator version 4.05 or higher. Make sure that
the browser PREFERENCES are set to ENABLE JAVASCRIPT. For Internet Explorer, you need version 4 or higher. Explorer often disregards or mishandles industry standard code and script; for optimal appearance and performance, use Netscape. |

Colors, fonts, and layout all vary across platforms and browsers. This site is best viewed using a Netscape browser (Version 4.0 or higher) on an Apple computer, with browser options set to allow page fonts and colors, and Java-enabled. |

CISAB's animal crossword puzzles may be printed from the HTML file, but look best when printed from the PDF file.
To view and print PDF files, Adobe's Acrobat Reader is required (this software may be downloaded free of charge). The animal coloring pages also look best when printed from the PDF file. If you prefer not to use PDF, you may print the image (.jpg) directly, by clicking on the NAME of the animal on the menu page. The image should fill a 8.5 x 11 inch (U.S. letter) size page. If images print too small, adjust the PRINT OPTION settings for the browser and/or the printer. CISAB's application forms are only available in PDF format. To obtain a hard copy of a form, contact CISAB's Adminstrative Assistant. If you have trouble printing pages that contain white text and/or background colors, make the following adjustments before printing: Set your browser options to override the web page font color; set font to black and set page background to white. Reload the page, then print. |
