Rates

Subscriptions

Annual subscription rates for 2007 are:

$55.00 for individuals in the U.S.
$63.00 for individuals outside the U.S.
$175.00 for institutions in the U.S.
$185.00 for institutions outside the U.S.

Subscriptions are on a calendar year basis. Claims for non-receipt and for damaged copies must be made within 90 days for free replacement.

Recent Back Volumes

Volumes 31 (1989) - 48 (2006) are still available and can be purchased at the rates given on the appropriate order form above.

Earlier Volumes

Many volumes published prior to 1989 can also be purchased. Please write or e-mail for availability and prices.

Shipping

Shipping is by surface mail, for which the cost is included in the subscription or order price. Overseas shipment by air mail is also available for an additional charge of $36.00 per volume. Non-U.S. deliveries cannot be guaranteed.
