IU's Arbutus is one of the nation's most honored collegiate yearbooks. Few publications can match its track record.
Ten Times, the Arbutus has won Gold Crown awards from Columbia Scholastic Press Association since 1995.
Six times, it has won Adams Apple Awards from College Media Advisers - for best of show in its class at the Spring National College Media Convention. The award is named for the late David Adams, CMA past president and long-time Arbutus adviser.
Eight times, the book has won Pacemaker Awards from Associated Collegiate Press.
The past three years, the book has been named the state's best collegiate yearbook by Indiana Collegiate Press Association.
