¡el telarañazo #5, 1997!

queridas telarañeras:

el tiempo vuela too too fast and it's been a long time, pero gracias a las arañas creadoras podemos seguir telarañeando. este informe nace en el desierto: sol inapagable, polvo indetenible, sky inmenso, landscape desenmascarado. ¡y el viento! the wind hums, rips, pummels, screeches, rulesp;p; keeps us all humble. este telarañazo también nace en la frontera entre gringolandia y aztlán, lo cual me parece totally cosmically correct. es una zona de enchiladas y spanglish, de chicanos y mexicanos y güeros, de rancheras y rancheras y rancheras. luckily, todo esto me encanta y ya me adapte a estar sin el mar a mi lado. estoy en un m.f.a. bilingual creative writing program, teaching basic writing to first year estudiantes & inventando my very own teaching and grad school survival methods! entre todo there is poco tiempo for my extracurricular cosas, asi que aprovecho telarañear con ustedes during el spring break. tengo a ton of latina lesbian writers' información acumulada y es con mucho cariño que la comparto.

tatiana de la tierra en el desierto

¡felicidades!
