The site was originally designed by Cate Cooney in July 2001. Cate left the Midstates region later that year before the site went live.
Erika Dowell adapted the design, and the site first debuted in fall 2002.
The site has been institutionally hosted by Indiana University since Fall 2004. Bethany Sewell was the webmaster from Fall 2004 until Summer 2006.
Cheryl Hill and Sarah Carter designed and implemented the website's update in the Fall of 2006.
Susan Winkler joined the ad hoc web committee in late 2006. Her efforts have ensured that the HTML and CSS code are valid.
