Dr Michael Rushton, Director of Arts Administration Programs, spoke to the DC Chapter of School of Public and Environmental Affairs Alumni on November 4th, at the Carnegie Institution of Science, on "Artistic Assets: Can the Arts Drive Local Economies?".
