Conference Registration fee of $225* (US) includes:

How to Register:

On-line: Payment by credit card or check. Click here to register

Fax: Payment by credit card. Register online and print the payment form (on that last page of the registration form), and fax with payment information to 1.812.855.8077.

Mail: Payment by personal check. Register online and send a copy of the payment form on that last page of the registration form) along with your check (made out to Indiana University Conferences, #10-07) to:

Note: Your registration will not be processed until we receive your completed form and have deposited your check.

Cancellation of Registration

Prior to Friday, September 7, 2007: Full refund less $30 processing fee

After Friday, September 7 – Monday, October 1: 50% of registration fee

After Monday, October 1: No refund
