Program
The program committee has completed the FINAL Program. A great deal of information has been added since the last draft, including dorm and registration desk information, campus map, plenary speaker information, publishers’ exhibit information, preconference sessions, receptions, and field trips. Please consult this version of the program ONLY as other previous drafts are now obsolete.
The easiest way to find yourself is to open the PDF and use the "find" box on top menu bar; type your name in the box and hit enter. Questions about the program should be directed to Ursula Heise at uheise 
stanford.edu.
Classroom Technology for Sessions:
All classrooms we will use for panels will be equipped for Powerpoint presentations. Please note that you will NOT be able to use your own laptops in these classrooms. Any materials you want to use in your presentations, including Powerpoints, should be put on a USB stick or on a CD that you can insert into the computer in your classroom. The registration area in the Ballantine Hall lobby will be staffed with volunteers who can assist you.
Classroom computers will NOT typically be equipped with Skype. We will be in touch with the very few presenters who have been approved for virtual presentations for exceptional reasons to make sure the session in which you present will be appropriately equipped.
