Table and Registration Fees for Book Exhibitors and Publishers
The 2011 ASLE Conference Publishers' Exhibit will be located in a visible, high traffic area of Ballantine Hall, where conference registration, pre-conference workshops, and concurrent panels will also take place. Ballantine, home to IU’s English Department, is central to all other conference events including keynotes and receptions.

The tentative publishers’ exhibit schedule for 2011 is:

Tuesday, June 21: setup during registration desk hours (12-6pm)
Wednesday, June 22: 8:30am – 5pm
Thursday, June 23: 8:30am – 5pm
Friday, June 24: 8am – 12pm
Saturday, June 25: 8am – 12pm

Full Table Rates:
Full tables are available at the cost of $300 each. Each full table purchase includes 2 registrations. Additional tables can be purchased for $100 each. Additional attendees will be charged the rate of $100 each.

Half Table Rates:
Half tables can be purchased at the rate of $175. Half table purchases include 1 registration. Additional attendees for half-table purchases will cost $100 each. Order form link is at end of page.

Program Advertising
ASLE is offering advertising space in our 2011 conference program. The program is approximately 40 pages in length, with B/W printing on recycled paper. Ad options are:

Security
Appropriate security will be provided for protecting exhibit spaces when the Publishers' Exhibit is not in session.

Pre-Conference Shipments
Boxes of books will be accepted beginning March 31, 2011. Boxes should be clearly labeled "Books for ASLE Conference" and include the
name of the publisher or author on the outside of the box. The boxes can be mailed to:

Post-conference
Please be aware that IU and the conference co-hosts cannot be responsible for return shipping of unsold books. Any books that remain on display or in pre-conference storage after 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 26, 2011 will become the property of ASLE.

*Individual authors with books published since the 2009 ASLE conference are invited to display and sell their work at the separate Author’s Reception, organized by Tom Hillard (thomashillard boisestate.edu) and scheduled for Thursday, June 23, from 8:00-9:30pm. All table space for the Author's Reception ONLY is full as of April 15, 2011.
