The experiment music video "Freak", produced in D317 Video Art class by Madeline Madrigal, Matthew Gunselman, and German Tarbar, is among 30 student films selected to be featured in Campus MovieFest channel at the 2012 Cannes Film Festival. The selection was made from thousands of entries submitted to Campus MovieFest, a national competition that encourages students to create a short film in a week at universities across the country. The films are first judged within their respective universities and then sent to Campus MovieFest headquarters in New York City to be judged on a national level.
