Hexagons

Problem

Let's restate our problem so that it considers only hexagons.

You want to create an enclosed hexagonal play area for children and you have exactly 320 feet of fence. What shapes and sizes of hexagonal play areas can you make?

Write down your initial thoughts. Draw some hexagons. What might the lengths of the six sides be? Remember that the perimeter must be 320 feet.
