Rectangles

Problem

Let's restate our problem so that it considers only rectangles.

You want to create an enclosed rectangular play area for children and you have exactly 320 feet of fence. What shapes and sizes of rectangular play areas can you make?

Write down your initial thoughts. Draw some rectangles. What might the length and width be? Remember that the perimeter must be 320 feet.
