Greetings from Bloomington!
After a nice off weekend, the Hundred returns to action this Saturday as the Iowa Hawkeyes come to The Rock.
The Hawkeye Marching Band will be in attendance and we hope all of you will be able to make it to the game to see two fine Big Ten bands in action.
Both bands will be playing at pre-game, at half-time and will share the field for post-game.
Game time is noon, and the concert before The Walk will start around 9:30 a.m.
After this week's game, the Hoosiers head to Illinois and the Hundred will be in attendance to help stop the dreaded Illini offense.
The band will leave B'town in the afternoon on the 18th and will perform pre-game and half-time shows at the game.
Immediately after the game, the band heads for Chicago where we will be performing at Sunday's Chicago Bears/Minnesota Vikings game at historic Soldier Field.
Playing for two NFL teams this season will be a big highlight for our band members!
I hope you'll be able to join us at the Iowa game, or in Champaign for the Illinois game!!
