Please send materials for the booth/tables directly to the Indiana Memorial Union at the following address. Please note IMU will only receive the materials three business days prior to the event. Also, if sending more than 1 box, please label each as 1of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3 etc.

Set-up Time for the Fair :  You can start the set-up at 8:00AM

Lunch :    Lunch will be served at 11:00 AM and will be available till 12:30 PM. Drinks will be available throughout the fair.

Parking Permits :    One parking permit per table is free.
