The Post Script
The Post Script is a funk-laced blues rock band from Indianapolis, IN made up of
life-long musicians. Matt Corken, Blain "The Beast" Crawford, and Abe Shanehsaz
joined forces to create a musical fusion that has taken the Indy music scene by
storm. Combining influences from jam bands to blues artists, funk acts to rock
icons, The Post Script is guaranteed leave you wanting more, with a triple
threat of catchy songs, solid musicianship, and indescribable jams.
The Post Script has opened for national act Plain White T's, had their single,
"In and Out of Love" played on Radio NOW 100.9, played for a Radio NOW 100.9
Coke Zero special event, and have been featured by IndyConcerts.com, as well as
on zaptownmag.com, and nuvo.net.
The Post Script has toured extensively throughout the Mid-West, The South, and The East Coast. In October 2009, they
performed 2 days at The Annual National Shrimp Festival in Gulf Shores, AL. An annual event that draws
over a hundred thousand people from all walks of life.
After nearly three years of playing together, Matt, Blain, and Abe have
released their first full-length album, Seasons Change, recorded at The Pop
Machine of Broadripple, IN, on March 28th.
