What is the Business Careers in Entertainment Club Public List?

The BCEC Public List is a preview of the actual contacts BCEC has available within its Master Contact List. The Master Contact List holds entertainment industry company contact information, which includes: Entertainment Industry Executive names, email addresses, phone numbers, positions, etc. The Master Contact List is not allowed to be seen by anyone except BCEC's President and Executive Vice President.

The Public List allows normal BCEC members to know what information is contained on the Master List.

What the Business Careers in Entertainment Club Public List contains?

The Public List contains:

1. The name of the company that the contact is part of.
2. The general title of the company executive.
3. The name of the BCEC member who holds the relationship with the executive.
4. The email address of the BCEC member who holds the relationship with the executive.

How to use the Business Careers in Entertainment Club Public List:

1. Browse list to find contact information of company that interests your career path.
2. Email BCEC member who has contact with the company executive to request the ability to contact them yourself.
3. Be prepared to show a strong level of enthusiasm and more importantly, professionalism within your request. Have your resume/cover letter/professional materials that you wish to present to the Executive ready for the BCEC member's approval.
4. BCEC member with the contact relationship has full authority on whether or not you many contact the entertainment executive. Sometimes the BCEC member will require getting to know you on a professional level (ideally at BCEC Committee Meetings) before-hand to make sure they trust you with this highly secure information. Those that are persistent and professional (ideal BCEC members) will get further with this networking list.

Who's allowed to use the Business Careers in Entertainment Club Public List?

Indiana University students who are full members of the Business Careers in Entertainment Club.
