Milton Taylor Fellowship in Virology

This fellowship was created in 2000 by alum Lawrence Blatt, Ph.D., to honor his former teacher and mentor, Professor Milton Taylor.

Eligible:

First preference given to graduate students in the Department of Biology or the Interdisciplinary Biochemistry Program on the IUB campus who are engaged in Virology Research.

Second preference given to IUB graduate students majoring in Microbiology.

Note:

The fellowship is not open for summer applications. 

Sufficient funds have accrued to enable this award to be given for two full semesters. The chairs of both departments and their delegates will work to determine a recipient.
