Complete the Moving Request for Contracts form (Affiliation form no longer required). Quotes from the 4 moving companies with whom IU has pricing agreements will be sent to the individual who is relocating. Once a vendor has been selected, all quotes and a requisition need to be submitted to purchasing.

Indiana University has established special pricing with DHL for small package shipping. To ensure the pricing a DHL account must be created by selecting the "Account Setup" link in the next column. Once the account is established a user ID/password will be created by DHL. Logging into the DHL site using these credentials is the only way the special pricing will be made available.
