Sample Invitation

This is a sample of the type of information you'll want to send to your Connect Meeting participants when you invite them to join you in a meeting.

Note: Your meeting particpants do not have accounts on the Connect server so they should not try to log into your meeting as registered users with a password. They should enter as Guests with no password required.

For today's 10:30am Connect meeting, you'll need to do the following: 1. Point your Web browser to: http://breeze.iu.edu/comp101/ Click the "Click to Enter" button, type your name in the "Name" field, then click "Enter" to join the meeting 2. Call 812-111-2222 to join the phone portion of our meeting Before joining the meeting, please visit the "Resources for Connect Participants" Web page where you can test your connection, download the Connect Meeting Add-in (optional), and review the Connect Meeting User's Guide for Participants: http://www.indiana.edu/~breeze/participant.html

Obviously the meeting start time, meeting URL, and phone number or videoconference connection information would be changed to reflect your particular meeting.
