Sources for Public Company Information

• HOOVER'S ONLINE
  It is very easy to find financial information on Hoover's
  In the Search box enter the Company name or Ticker symbol and select either
  Company Name or by Ticker from the options below
  Click the Search button
  Select the Financials button
  Here you will find Annual Financials, Quarterly Financials, Historical Financials and Market Data.
  
• LexisNexis ACADEMIC
  Select Business
  Select SEC Filings (from the right-hand column)
  From the Select Source pull down bar select the type of report
  For older Annual Reports go into the "Sources" tab at the top of the page
  Type "annual reports" into the "Find a Source" box on the right
  Select year, or years desired
  Click on OK-Continue
  
• MERGENT ONLINE
  Click on "Enter Mergent Online"
  Search by company name or ticker
  Choosing "Company Financials" will allow up to 15 years of data,
  downloadable in Excel file
  Or select "EDGAR" (text or MS Word files) or "Annual Reports" (PDF files)
  Or customize a financial report under "Create Reports"

  Results from using the Quick Search will provide Latest Online Filings,
  Price & Earnings Data, Company Reports and Spreadsheet Financials.
  To Use the Quick Search
  Enter the Company Name or Ticker Symbol
  Click on GO
  The results under Latest Online Filings include Complete Filing History
  By clicking on this a list of all available filing reports will appear
  For reports during a specific time period or for more advanced searches Select Documents
  Next select Filings
  Enter the information for your search on this screen
  Another way to find financials on Thomson Research is by selecting Compact D
  Select Worldscope, SEC or New Issues
  These require the installation of a plug in, but this might be worth while
  if you are seeking further information or downloading
  information for many different companies or over many years
