Project Leader: Giovanni Lamura
  Giovanni Lamura is a socio-economic researcher at the Department of Gerontological Research of I.N.R.C.A., the Italian National Research Centre on Ageing run on behalf of the Ministry of Health. He has been involved in several international projects on elderly care, publishing in international journals and books. His main interests are family caregiving, organisation and quality of home care services, conciliation of paid work and elderly care.

Professor of Social Gerontology, Director of Centre for Social Policy Research & Development and Associate Director, Institute of Medical and Social Care Research, University of Wales, Bangor. Co-ordinator of the European Study of Adult Well-Being. Has written extensively on social networks and social support. Special interests in rural ageing, United Kingdom, China and South Asia.

Dr. Hawkins, Professor, School of Health, Physical Education and Recreation; and Director, Indiana University Center on Aging and Aged. Her specializations include life span development, developmental disabilities, and leisure behavior.
Undergraduate student at Indiana University. Double major in Telecommunications: Design and Production, and Fine Arts: Photography. Hopes to pursue a career in filmmaking or cinematography.
